Intergenerational Sunday
We want to hear your story.
On Sunday, Sept 27 at 10am, we're going to adapt our liturgy to better serve the cause of sharing our stories and getting to know one another better. Building community is what Jesus was all about, so we're going to do the same as we learn about our fellow parishioners.
Book Study Group
This week we'll be reading Exodus 2:23-25, 3:1-17, and also Exodus 5:1-6:13.
-Where do we witness people being oppressed today?
-What can we do to alleviate suffering in our spheres of influence?
On 22 Sept we'll discuss Exodus 16:1-36 and Exodus 23:1-13.
Christian Meditation
You are humbly invited to spend time each week in contemplative prayer. A small group meets at 5:00 pm every Monday in the sanctuary for Christian Meditation. No experience necessary.
All are welcome.
Food Bank Donations
We are collecting non-perishable grocery items for the Food Bank as our way of supporting them. Suggested items: toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap. Special dietary items such as gluten free pasta is also needed. Other non-perishable items would also be appreciated. Please place your donation in the basket at the font. These will be taken to the Food Bank on a regular basis.
Thank you for your generosity!
